What is “Pick a Date to Donate”?

Each child has their own March calendar (although families with multiples can opt to only complete one combined calendar). We are hoping to fully complete each calendar throughout the month of March.

The calendar lists each day of the month from 1–31. Families and supporters “pick” a date and donate the dollar amount that matches that date.

For example: • Pick March 5 → Donate $5 • Pick March 18 → Donate $18 • Pick March 30 → Donate $30

You can choose one date or multiple dates — and supporters can help friends complete their calendars. Every contribution makes a difference!

How to Participate

Participating is easy! Simply scan the QR code provided below, once there, select your date and complete your donation online.

Want to Help Your Child Complete Their Calendar?

Many families like to extend their impact by sharing the fundraiser with friends and family. Here are a few easy ways to help fill your child’s calendar:

Facebook: Post the QR code or donation link and share why Quarks is special to your family.

Text Message: Send the link directly to grandparents, aunts, uncles, and close friends who may love supporting your child’s school.

Email: Forward the fundraiser information to family members or coworkers who enjoy contributing to meaningful causes.

A short message such as: “Our child’s school is hosting a Pick a Date fundraiser to support special activities for the friends at Quarks. If you’d like to help complete their calendar, here’s the link!”

Every dollar raised helps enhance programming and create memorable experiences for our friends throughout the year.
